How are the roommates matched?
How are the rooms assigned?
We cannot guarantee that you will be placed with your requested roommates. We place incoming residents in the order in which they apply, sign and complete their leasing process. We consider requested roommates along with other specific requests. However, there may be times we can not accommodate your requests. If you have a large group that wants to live together or if you have a special or specific request, we suggest that you apply, sign and complete early. The sooner you apply and complete the leasing process, the better the chance of getting what you requested.
How can I pay my bill?
You can submit your payment in person using a personal check, cashier's check or money order. If you wish to pay online, you can do so by creating or logging in to your resident portal account on our website.
How close to campus are you?
University Village Towers is approximately 1/2 a mile from the University of California, Riverside campus.
If I'm over 21, do I still need a guarantor?
You can choose to obtain a guarantor or pay a security deposit. Greystar Management will accept a security deposit of one and a half (1.5) installment in lieu of approved guarantor.
Is parking available?
Yes, assigned parking is available. A fee may be associated with parking.
What do I need to hook my computer up to the Internet?
We have WiFi! If you wish to bring an Ethernet cable, you can do so as well.
What size are the beds?
University Village Towers provides full or twin size platform beds.
What types of apartments/rooms are available?
1x1's, 2x2's, 2x2.5 Singles and Doubles. 3x3's, 4x3's, 4x4's and 4x4 Doubles. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
What types of leases are available?
UV Towers offers standard 12 month installment leases. A very small amount of short term leases may be available at an additional monthly cost. Please contact the leasing office for short term premium details and availability.
What utilities are included in my monthly installment?
All utilities are included (water, trash, sewer, gas, electricity - there is no a cap on any of your utilities!), as well as Internet.
When can I move in?
The move-in date for fall is Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021.
Can I request different roommates?
We handle roommate concerns on a case by case basis.
If I renew, do I have to move out then move back in?
When you renew and choose to stay in your current spot, no moving is required!
How do I renew?
We know how busy you are, so we have made
the process as quick and easy as possible. Renewing is a easy as
"1,2,3!" Just following these steps:
1. Open your renewal email from us.
2. Review the terms, and click "Accept"
3. Follow the prompts to sign your new lease agreement.
**Your renewal is NOT complete until your lease agreement is fully signed**

What is a "renewal?"
Are you loving it here and can't imagine leaving at the end of your lease? By signing a renewal, you get to extend your stay at your community!
I'm graduating in December, can I still renew?
Contact the office for details on the options available to you.
I just moved in, is it too early to renew?
Renewing now will provide the most benefit to you. By signing early, you will secure your space for next year and take advantage of the best pricing available.
When do I start paying the new rent amount?
On the first day of your new lease.
If I renew, will my guarantor have to sign again?
No. Your guarantor doesn't have to do anything extra!
