All utilities are included (water, trash, sewer, gas, electricity - there is not a cap on any of your utilities!), as well as Internet, satellite TV and local phone service.

University Village Towers provides full and twin size platform beds with storage space underneath.
How close to campus are you?
University Village Towers is approximately 1/2 a mile from the University of California, Riverside campus.

How can I pay my bill?
Great News! University Village Towers added a new feature that lets you pay online! View your balance, submit electronic checks, or pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover from any computer. You can even submit maintenance requests! Just log on to our website, click the "Resident's Only" link and "Pay Rent." This will take you to our resident rent pay portal.
What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
All you will need to do is bring an ethernet cable, and you have instant access to the internet.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available in a covered parking garage. Premium parking is also available. Parking Options*: Ground Level - Exclusive: $30 Level 4 & 5 - Non Exclusive: $0 Level 5 - Exclusive: $20 Level 6 - Exclusive: $15 *Based on availability *Prices subject to change at anytime
What types of leases are available?
UV Towers offers 12 month leases and 10 month leases (with a $125 monthly premium).

When can I move in?
The move in date for the 2012-2013 school year is Saturday, September 15, 2012.
Can I request an apartment or roommates?
Requests can be made. However, there is no guarantee of floor, apartment or roommate requests. Individual bedroom assignments are determined by University Village Towers. Remember that the earlier you complete your lease, the better your chance will be to obtain your requests!
When do I put down a deposit?
We are currently waiving our security deposit with an approved guarantor!
